Chess opening preparation
Opening preparation is knowing your own lines and knowing what your opponent will do against them. ChessMoves AI brings both together: your repertoire, the master games behind it, and your opponent's actual openings.
Repertoire preparation
Save the lines you play as White and as Black in the repertoire, then drill them until you play them without thinking.
What strong players chose
The master games database holds games from public tournament broadcasts, searchable by player and opening, with an opening explorer that shows how often each move was played and how it scored. Its players and games have their own public pages.
Analysing an opponent's openings
Opponent preparation builds opening trees from an opponent's games, as White and as Black: which openings they choose, how they score in each, and the variations they return to.
Preparing specific variations
The game plan walks each of your saved lines through the opponent's games and tells you where they leave your line, or what they play when your line ends, with how many of their games did so. It also names their weakest branch: the move of yours after which they score worst. Those positions go straight onto the board for study or into a drill.
