Everything on this page that is a measurement is read live from the running system — which keys are set, which tiers exist, whether the webhook has ever fired. Only the judgements (roadmap, risks) are written by hand. No key material is ever sent to this page: a credential is reported as set/unset plus test-or-live, never masked or partial.
Recorded here so they are not re-litigated every time this page is opened. The reasoning behind each is kept further down rather than deleted, so it can be re-checked.
Read from the API process's own environment, so this reflects what the running server actually has — not what a .env file on disk says.
The number that matters before go-live is how many accounts hold a paid tier without ever having paid for it.
The business is established in Málaga, so the sequence below is Spanish, not generic. Full detail with office addresses and form links is in STRIPE_SPAIN_SETUP.md. None of this is legal or tax advice — it is written to be worked through with a gestoría.
Each row is a real form. The order matters — two of these have a cost attached to getting it wrong.
The offices and portals each step actually needs. Most of it is online, but the digital certificate and any in-person step are Málaga-specific.
Only relevant if the entity comparison above pointed you here.
Written down because each is a place the research was inconclusive or personal to you — and where being wrong costs money.
Phases, not a flat list, because the ordering is the point: nothing after Phase 1 is safe to do while seeded paid tiers are still live.
STRIPE_SPAIN_SETUP.md (the step-by-step: autónomo vs SL, Modelo 036/035/369, Málaga offices, timelines), STRIPE_ACTIVATION_READINESS.md (tax, legal, KYC) and BILLING.md (how the integration works). This page is the live status view over those; it does not replace them, and it is not legal or tax advice.
