Ranked, as of 23 October 2026, from the live checks on the readiness page (run that day: 28 of its 42 items done, two blocking ones still open), the open roadmap items below and the dates already set. Done items are not listed: they are in the rows they changed. Re-measured on 24 October: the disk (unchanged) and the DNS (still no Search Console record, no dev subdomain); the readiness checks were not re-run that day.

Now: the two blocking items

1. Two-factor sign-in on the other two admin accounts (siri, silvestrek): the readiness check is still red, one admin account in three. Admin & Ops
2. Claude Console: turn on auto-reload (blocking), set a monthly spend limit to match AI_MONTHLY_BUDGET_USD, and check the usage tier. October so far: $0.08 of the $50 budget. AI Coach

3. Disk: the root disk is at 86% (5.3 GB free on 23 and 24 October; 85% on 15 October) and the volume at 79% (8.0 GB free). Free space or move data before the root disk reaches the 93% that emails an alert; the readiness check wants every filesystem under 80%. Infrastructure

9. Watch the first live 3-D Secure payment that succeeds (two real payments so far, the last on 8 October), then trim the live Stripe key to what the code uses. Billing

Decisions

10. Memory for the server: the AI services wait in swap between uses (the embedding service 0.9 GB, Maia-2 0.2 GB, AI Coach 0.2 GB; 2.1 GB of swap in use on a 7.7 GB box), so each one’s first answer takes about 2 s instead of a few hundredths.
